PathEKS Portal for COVID 19 Staff Testing and Flu Vaccination
This is a site provided for access to online recording of Staff COVID 19 Lateral Flow test results and booking flu vaccinations appointments.
To register for this service you will need to know your staff number. This can be found on your payslip if you don't know it. If you are accessing this system from a SHFT device you can click on the link below to lookup your staff number. NHS Number is not mandatory to register.
PLEASE DO NOT USE YOUR @NHS.NET EMAIL ACCOUNT TO REGISTER FOR THIS SERVICE. USE EITHER AN @SOUTHERNHEALTH.NHS.UK EMAIL ADDRESS OR A PERSONAL EMAIL ADDRESS.

If you have any issues with LFT issues please email the Staff Testing Multiuser mailbox.
If you haven't already please take the time to update your employment details by clicking on your name in the top right of the screen and clicking on the 'account of type' link.
Please register for an account here to either upload your COVID 19 LFT test results or book a flu vaccination.
If you haven't got a log in you need to register for this service first. Please follow the link in the box to the right marked 'Register'
ONCE YOU HAVE REGISTERED AND ACTIVATED YOUR ACCOUNT PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU LOG IN AND UPDATE THE ‘TESTING KIT SERIAL NUMBER’ BOX ON THE ‘ACCOUNT TYPE’ LINK – THIS MAKES YOUR ACCOUNT ACTIVE AND ALLOWS YOU TO UPLOAD YOUR TEST RESULTS.
THIS CAN BE ACCESSED BY CLICKING YOUR NAME IN THE TOP RIGHT CORNER ONCE LOGGED IN.
